Conventional commercial equity loans

Use a conventional mortgage loan to get cash out of your commercial real estate. When you choose this loan type, you'll only have a teeny mortgage principal (the amount you borrowed) to pay off. And teeny principals are very cool.

By using a conventional mortgage loan to take cash out of your commercial real estate, you'll only have to leave an amount of equity in your real estate that equals 25% of that property's value. And yes, that's a good chunk of change to "leave in" your commercial property. But for your efforts, you'll end up with a very small mortgage-amount (your "mortgage principal"), and greatly reduce your cost of getting cash out of your commercial real estate.

You can pay now, or pay later: and when it comes to commercial equity loans, it's always cheaper and wiser to "pay now."
